Ingredients


  • 3 lbs. Boneless Sirloin Steak, sliced 3/4" thick
  • 2 Tbsps. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Soy Sauce
  • 4 pcs. Vienna Sausage, cut into 4 diagonally
  • 3 pcs. sweet gherkins or or 6 pcs. sweet pickles, cut into thin long strips
  • 2 hard boil eggs, sliced
  • 1/4 lb. Cheddar Cheese, Cut into long strips
  • 4 slice Bacon
  • 2 tbsps. Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 3 pcs. Bouillon Cubes dissolved in 3 Cups Boiling Water
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation


  • Marinate beef in lemon juice and soy sauce
  • Add fresh ground pepper
  • Set aside for an hour
  • Arrange strips of vienna sausage, sweet gherkins,eggs, cheese, carrot and bacon on marinated beef
  • Roll neatly and tie with string
  • Dredge the rolled beef in flour then brown in hot oil
  • Transfer to a big sauce pan
  • Add bouillon in water
  • Cover and simmmer until beef is tender
  • Slice morcon, arrange in a platter
  • Pour sauce on top, garnish with fresh parsley
  • Serve hot!
